Club Med has appointed Tomasina Boone as its new MICE Business Development Manager for the Pacific market.
Boone joins Club Med after more than a decade working in the US and Australia, most recently as business development executive for American Express.
“Club Med has experienced significant growth within its MICE sector with more and more Australian and New Zealand businesses prioritising the positive impact human connection has on employee performance,” said Michelle Davies, general manager for Club Med Pacific.
“Tomasina’s arrival will be instrumental in strengthening the MICE sector of our business, capitalising on our success so far and reinforcing our unique offering to both current and prospectus clients.
“With the opening of several new resorts in the coming years, including San Sicario in Italy, Kota Kinabulo in Borneo Maylasia, and Surf ‘n’ Safari in South Africa, we can’t wait to be able to showcase these beautiful destinations to our clients and continue to create unforgettable experiences for them and their teams.”
Boone said the new role is a perfect fit. “I’m looking forward to working alongside the very talented Club Med team to engage prospectus clients and continue to drive growth for the business,” she said.
