Club Med has appointed Valerie Loy as the new vice president, marketing in East, South Asia and Pacific (ESAP).

Based out of Club Med’s office in Singapore, Loy reports to Rachael Harding, CEO of ESAP.

With more than 15 years of experience in the field, Loy’s most recent role was for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Prior to this, she had been with notable hospitality brands such as Swissotel Hotels and Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, and Raffles Hotel Singapore.

“As travel behaviours evolve and continue to impact how we engage and stay relevant to our guests, it is more important than ever to leverage current trends and tools that enable valuable insight into the future of travel,” said Harding.

“Valerie’s experience in the hospitality industry coupled with experience leading regional teams and a creative passion for data-driven animations will only enhance the strength of Club Med and help us identify new opportunities that drive value to our regional resorts.”
