Claudia Sagripanti has resigned as CEO of Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA).
Past president Domenic Genua will step into the role while EEAA reviews its next step.
“Claudia joined the EEAA only weeks prior to COVID19 commencing, and after two very challenging years navigating the Association through that unchartered path, has decided to take some time off before exploring new opportunities,” EEAA president Nicole Walker said in a statement.
“I am sure that you as members, together with the Board of Directors, sub-committees and partners, join me in thanking Claudia for her tireless work for the EEAA and industry in her role as CEO.
“As a result of Claudia’s departure, the Board have agreed that we will take this opportunity to review the member priorities, reset and create a new staffing structure that best suit the needs of industry and members.”
