AV24/7 opens new Sydney studio to cater for spike in virtual events

The EEAA is using AV24/7's new Chippendale studio for its latest virtual update.

Virtual and hybrid events specialist AV24/7 have opened the doors of its newest studio in Sydney.

Located in Chippendale, the newest studio will accommodate the growing demand for virtual events. In September alone, AV24/7 ran 30 events and with a solid pipeline of bookings for October. Since March 2020, it has delivered over 150 virtual events.

“We’re really pleased to be able to welcome a range of clients in our opening week at our purpose-built new studio in Chippendale,” said AV24/7 general manager Libbie Ray.

“It’s a privilege to showcase our new studio to the exhibition and event industry peak body, the EEAA for its timely update from suppliers and for promoting discussion about the current market situation. It’s important that we don’t stand still and that we adapt to what clients are asking for.”

The new studio has five spaces including two studios, break-out room, control room, office and reception.

“We’re now set up to deliver our traditional services for face-to-face events and we have also invested in our services for the growing demand for virtual and hybrid events,” Ray said.
