The organisers of the Australian Event Awards and Symposium are offering travel packages for the same price as travelling within the East Coast, but only until 11 June.
“Taking the Awards to Perth is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the destination and gather the industry in Australia’s largest state for the three-day immersive program,’ said Ian Steigrad, managing director of the awards.
“We also appreciate that there’s the perception that Perth is expensive to travel to so we have developed extremely affordable travel packages but rely on attendees booking early to get the best rate.”
A Full Symposium Travel Package is available for $1,850 + GST and includes return flights on Virgin Australia, three night’s accommodation including breakfast at Crown Promenade Perth, ground transfers in Perth and a full Symposium registration which includes a ticket to the Event Awards Ceremony. Flights are available from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
For those entering their events and achievements into the Awards, packages for two people are available for $1,990 + GST and include an entry into the Awards, return flights on Virgin Australia for two people, one night’s accommodation in a shared room including breakfast at Crown Promenade Perth, ground transfers in Perth and a two tickets to the Event Awards Ceremony. Flights are available from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
“We appreciate time is something those in the events industry don’t have so we have aimed to provide the shortest flight options at the most affordable prices possible so you don’t have to do the research,” said Steigrad.
