Australia will welcome its second Mövenpick hotel with the opening of Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer in May.
The hotel, a partnership between Accor and Singapore’s Fragrance Group, will offer 172-rooms and limited meeting space in the form of a boardroom.
A dedicated café, Miss Mi restaurant and bar, 25-metre swimming pool, sauna and gynamsium are also on offer.
Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer will form the six-level podium of the 78-storey Elenberg Fraser architect-designed Premier Tower development.
“The city of Melbourne is the perfect location for a Mövenpick hotel, enriching Melbourne’s incredible culinary scene with an outstanding restaurant and bar, and masterfully blending the brand’s Swiss heritage with a top quality hospitality experience,” said Simon McGrath, CEO Accor Pacific.
